August 1, 2023: Season 5 begins tomorrow and we've got everything you need to know about the latest seasonal update for Warzone in our guide.

The Warzone 2 Season 5 release date is catching the attention of players loading into Call of Duty's battle royale. The fifth seasonal update for Warzone is one of the final content drops of the cycle before a new one begins alongside the launch of Modern Warfare 3.

The new season features an all-new battle pass along with the additions of the FR Avancer and the Carrack .300 into the weapon arsenal.

Warzone 2 Season 5 release date

Warzone Season 5 will begin on August 2, 2023.

Warzone Season 5 guns and weapons

Thanks to the Season 5 roadmap, we now know all of the weapons appearing as part of the update. A new assault rifle and sniper could well spice up the meta. Here's the full Warzone Season 5 gun list:

Warzone Season 5 BlackCell battle pass

On top of the standard battle pass, the BlackCell bundle is bound to return with another batch of exclusive content for those willing to splash some cash. Alongside the standard sectors, players that purchase the BlackCell will have another range of items with a unique colour scheme.

The Season 5 BlackCell will launch as soon as the update rolls out.

Warzone Season 5 Operators

Alongside two famous rappers joining the fight, Activision has unveiled three Operators arriving in Season 5. Here's the full list confirmed and rumoured Operators:

The BlackCell Operator for Season 5 is Arthur. The robot also comes with Merlin, his trusty companion that also gets involved in the action through a brutal finishing move.

Warzone Season 5 vehicles

Two new vehicles are on their way in Warzone Season 5. The Dirt Bike provides an excellent way to navigate the map quickly while the MRAP is the latest heavily armoured vehicle capable of resisting plenty of damage throughout a match.
