How to change loading screens in Warzone 2

Below, we'll quickly walk through how to change loading screens in Warzone 2 for launch. The setting is buried away a little, which can make it more complicated a process than it really needs to be, but it's not the end of the world if your queue pops before you get to make change.

How to change loading screens in Warzone 2

Changing loading screens in Warzone 2 isn't too tricky: it's just buried away in the menus of the game.

To change your load screen, you need to actually avoid going into your profile. Just because you can change your emblems and other visual bits here, doesnt' mean you can change your loading screen.

Instead, what you want to do is move over the Customization tab at the top of the screen. You can't do this in a match, do make sure you're on the mode select screen first.

Once you're in there, you should see the Loading Screen button at the bottom of the Customize menu. It's the first one on the row of other options that include your Calling Card, Emblem, and vehicle skins.

Click that and you'll be taken to the loading screen editor, where you can pick from around 16 different Warzone 2 loading screens if you have them unlocked.

You won't be able to see how to unlock each in this menu, but you'll be able to select which one you want to see between matches, or set it to shuffle between your favourite Warzone 2 loading screens if you like more than one.

How to unlock Warzone 2 loading screens

Right now, the two major ways of unlocking new Warzone 2 loading screens are either through Battle Pass rewards or via in-game bundles purchased with CoD Points.

If you buy the Battle Pass, you'll gradually earn more rewards than those who don't. But even those with the free version of the Battle Pass will unlock the occasional loading screen.
