November 15, 2023: Season 6 Reloaded is in full swing and we've adjusted the best Warzone controller settings to use.

Making the most of the best Warzone controller settings is a surefire way of achieving success over the course of Season 6. Warzone features a wealth of different settings and it can be tricky to find a combination that suits your style of play.

Whether it's adjusting your sensitivity in order to excel with the best sniper rifle or making the most impact with the MX Guardian, finding the strongest combination is definitely worth it.

Before we take a closer look at the best Warzone controller settings, take a look at our other guides showcasing the best AR and the latest intel on the next double XP event.

What are the best Warzone controller settings?

After spending some time fine-tuning our controller settings, we've settled on this baseline as a great place to start. Make these adjustments to your game then continue tweaking them until you find a combination that suits your play style perfectly:

  • Deadzone: 0.05
  • Horizontal Sensitivity: 7
  • Vertical Sensitivity: 7
  • ADS Sensitivity Multiplier (Low): 0.80
  • ADS Sensitivity Multiplier (High): 0.80
  • Aim Response Curve Type: Dynamic
  • Aim Assist: Standard
  • Use/Reload Behavior: Contextual Tap
  • Auto Move Forward: Disabled
  • Slide Behaviour: Tap
  • Automatic Tactical Sprint: Disabled
  • Vehicle Camera Recentre: Enabled
  • Parachute Auto-Deploy: Auto-Deploy

Horizontal and vertical sensitivities come down to personal preference. If you want to spin on an enemy shooting you in the back, a high sensitivity will suit your style perfectly.

Deadzone is another area you can adjust. Depending on the age of your controller and how much stick drift there is, increase the value of the Deadzone until your aim stops moving.

Another important setting that you shouldn't change is slide behaviour. By having it set to Tap, sliding is much easier to utilise if you're looking for a way out of any sticky situations in Al Mazrah and Ashika Island.

Is controller better than keyboard in Warzone?

Ultimately, choosing between a keyboard and a controller is all down to personal preference. Controller players have the benefit of aim assist to maintain accuracy when shooting at a target but using a keyboard and mouse provides additional precision impossible to achieve with a controller plugged in.

Whichever you prefer, both inputs are difficult to master so pick the one you feel most comfortable with to score plenty of kills and lots of wins in Warzone.
