How to inspect weapons in Modern Warfare 2

As expected, taking a closer look at your weapon in Modern Warfare 2 is incredibly straightforward. Here's all you need to know about weapon inspection in multiplayer.

  • If you're using a PlayStation or Xbox controller, simply hold left on the D-Pad.
  • For mouse and keyboard users, press the I key.

The I key isn't far away from other important keys. We recommend moving it out of the way so there's no chance of pressing it accidentally during an intense gunfight.
