How to stealth kill in Hogwarts Legacy
Before you can do stealth kills in Hogwarts Legacy, there's a lot to consider. This includes being sneaky so enemies don't see you, the spells you have, and the level you're on. Be sure to check if you've completed all the necessary requirements below, prior to making stealth kills. You don't want to get caught and take damage.
It's important to be able to creep up on an enemy without being seen. Once you do that, by moving the thumbstick gradually, you can cast a Disillusionment spell and press the Square button (if you use a PlayStation controller) to petrify your enemy.
Doing this combination will make you execute the Petrificus Totalus spell, which silently kills any enemy in a nearby area when you use it. You can also unlock the Petrificus Totalus talent as an alternative way to use the spell. However, the effect is the same: a lethal but silent stealth kill.

Do take note, though, that you have to be on level 22 to do a stealth kill. Make sure to allocate some time to doing side quests and other tasks that can help you level up faster. It might take a while, but stealth kills are a good investment to learn in the long run when playing.
