Narzissenkreuz Ordo is part of the Fontaine region and is associated with the Narzissenkreuz Institute. This location is mentioned in Rene's Investigation Notes and is connected to the artifact set called Nymph's Dream.

How to reach Narzissenkreuz Ordo in Genshin Impact
Before you can gain access to Narzissenkreuz Ordo in Genshin Impact, you’ll first need to complete a quest called Aqueous Tidemark in Fontaine. Once you’ve successfully completed the Aqueous Tidemark quest, you’ll gain access to a Teleport Waypoint located on the northernmost side of the Institute of Natural Philosophy.
This waypoint will transport you back to the room where Virgil had temporarily detained you during your mission. Inside that room, there’s a door leading to a bookshelf containing a book. Interact with it to enter Narzissenkreuz Ordo and unlock another Teleport Waypoint in case you want to visit the location in the future.
In Narzissenkreuz Ordo, you’ll have the chance to meet Ann and Seymour, two individuals who belong to a secret society. They play significant roles in quests and narratives that revolve around the intriguing history and hidden knowledge of Fontaine.
As mentioned earlier, you’ll first need to complete a quest called Aqueous Tidemark to unlock this location. This quest is part of the Fontaine Chapter: Act I storyline, and you’ll meet Virgil, a researcher from the Institute of Natural Philosophy, while completing it. He’ll ask for your assistance in exploring the remains of the institute. Along your journey, expect some combat encounters and puzzles to solve.
To begin this quest, head over to Fontaine Harbor, have a conversation with Lilith, and she’ll provide you with a letter from Virgil. Afterward, visit the Institute of Natural Philosophy and interact with Virgil. He’ll reward you with a special device known as Aqueous Tidemark that allows your character to breathe and dive into the ruins.
