The long-awaited Destiny 2 Exotic mission rotator is here alongside Season of the Witch, giving newcomers and old veterans the chance to experience some of the most interesting content the game has to offer.
Each week, an Exotic mission from previous Destiny 2 seasons will be available to play and grind. Each one of these has an Exotic weapon attached, but there's actually much more to it, with gear associated with past seasons as well, this includes armour sets!
In total, there are three Exotic missions in the rotator. Let's break down the schedule and tell you the loot pool for each!
Exotic mission rotator schedule in Destiny 2
As a reminder, there are three Exotic missions featuring a unique Exotic that is guaranteed to drop after you finish the quests. These are:
- Presage - Dead Man's Tale scout rifle
- Vox Obscura - Dead Messenger grenade launcher
- Operation: Seraph's Shield - Revision Zero pulse rifle

Of course, farming the Exotics is not the only incentive, as these missions feature loot pool from their respective seasons.
Exotic mission rotator loot pool
Upon your first completion of each exotic mission every new week you'll get a guaranteed Deepsight drop for a weapon you still don't own a pattern for. You'll also get a random piece of armour that's not in your collection.
In case you've obtained all, you'll get a random loot world drop instead. With that said, this is what you can expect from the loot pools of each exotic mission.
