Assassin's Creed Mirage - Head of the Order assassination guide

The Assassin's Creed Mirage Head of the Order, as the name implies, is the mastermind of operations in Baghdad. You'll want to eliminate this foe to bring an end to the machinations of the Hidden Ones' rivals.

How to assassinate the Head of the Order in Assassin's Creed Mirage

You'll be able to finish off the Assassin's Creed Mirage Head of the Order NPC as part of a mission called The Serpent's Nest. As noted earlier, this takes place in the Palace of the Green Dome, and your target is Qabiha.

How to enter the Palace of the Green Dome

There are multiple entrances to the Palace of the Green Dome. For instance, there's a narrow opening in a wall near Al-Jahiz's House. Likewise, if you're at the starting point of this mission, you'll notice a construction site a few meters away. You can hop on the wooden platform to jump past the walls.

Once you're at the yards, stay in tall grass to avoid most of the guards. There are dozens of enemies patrolling this area, so it's imperative that you avoid detection.

Should you bribe the eunuch?

Upon entering the ground floor, you'll find several NPCs milling around. One of them, a eunuch, says that he's got a master key. However, he'll only agree to help you if you give him at least four Merchant Tokens.

We decided to take him up on the offer, and he led us through a couple of hallways. Eventually, he unlocked the door to the inner sanctum, and he also gave us the master key.

Alternative entrance from the rooftop

There's also another option, which you can try if you've managed to reach the rooftop (which also acts as a sync point/fast travel point). The northern section of the upper area is under repair, which means there's a large opening. This also leads you to the interior with the NPCs and the eunuch.

How to kill the Head of the Order

You should be able to explore the second floor of the palace now, which means you're one step closer to killing the Head of the Order in Assassin's Creed Mirage. Here are the next steps:

• Take out a guard on the second-floor corridor to receive a key to the bathhouse.
• Check the left-hand side to find an open window. Jump inside the baths and talk to Qabiha's son.
• You'll then be able to access the library, where you have to find Qabiha's secret chamber. We discuss this in detail in our Serpent's Nest book puzzle guide.

What about Qabiha, you ask? Well, once you enter her secret chamber, she'll run away. Chase her down until you're back at the baths. This will trigger a cutscene, where Qabiha tells Basim about his true nature. Before Qabiha can divulge all the details, she's stabbed by Roshan.
