Chapter 6 of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy takes you to Knowhere to find Cosmo. However, there are multiple activities that you can choose to participate in whilst you head through the bustling market and one of those is taking part in a lottery. We're going to answer the important question - should you buy the lottery ticket?
Should You Buy the Lottery Ticket on Knowhere?
Should you buy the lottery ticket? If you're buying it to win the promised jackpot, then no. Do not buy it as you will not win. However, if you're looking to 100% complete the game then you will need to buy it as it's one of the items needed for your Galactic Compendium and it goes towards getting an achievement too.
While you're playing through Guardians of the Galaxy, you should take a look at our other helpful guides in our walkthrough hub.
Where To Find the Lottery Ticket on Knowhere
To find the Lottery Ticket vendor on Knowhere, you need to follow these simple steps. You can only buy the ticket in chapter 6.
1. When Gamora and Drax leave you on your own, keep walking until you reach the Collector's Museum
2. When you're facing the museum, look to your right and you should see the Lottery Ticket vendor with a few lifeforms standing around it.
How To Buy the Lottery Ticket
Once you have found the lottery ticket vendor, all you need to do is interact with them to be offered the chance to buy the ticket provided you have enough Units on you.
The lottery ticket will set you back 1000 Units with the terms that you will need to get your ticket checked next time you return to Knowhere to see if you have won. However, this is where things take a bad turn because the next time you return to Knowhere, the vendor cannot be found.
You will have multiple major and minor choices to make throughout Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy with some being more important than others.
