You will meet a few powerful friends in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and one of those is Cosmo. As you fight through the enemies in the story, you will need as much help as you can get and that can mean you need to save them first. How To Help Cosmo
Near the end of Chapter 12, you will head into Cosmo's Tower on Knowhere. You will find that Cosmo himself has been surrounded by entities that have been corrupted by The Promise and that he's in a lot of trouble.
Before you can bring Cosmo back, you will need to fight through a lot of smaller enemies and two large enemies. Once you've taken them down, you will be able to reach Cosmo but you will find that it's too late and he is under the spell of The Promise. This is when you can bring him back if you make the correct choices.
This is the sequence of choices that you should make to bring Cosmo back successfully and quickly:
- Offer hand
- Focus on present
- Remind about puppies
When you successfully bring Cosmo back from The Promise, he will briefly thank you as he runs off to save his pups!
Why Should I Help Cosmo?
Cosmo is the head of Security in Knowhere and a powerful ally to have on your side, therefore it's logical to try to bring him back. If you manage to save Cosmo then it will have a hugely beneficial effect later on in the story.
