The new region’s called Cayo Perico, and it went live on December 15 adding a new heist, a new island map to explore and so much more.

But you probably want to know about new vehicles? Those new cars, boats, helicopters and yes, even a submarine.

That's fair enough. Read on we'll tell you everything you need to know about the games latest vehicles, including those which have yet to be released.

GTA Online Cayo Perico New Vehicles Intro

It wouldn’t be a major GTA Online expansion without a bunch of cool new vehicles for players to save up for, show off in their garages, and — well, murder other players with occasionally. So far, all Rockstar has confirmed is that the DLC will include “a host of vehicles and weapons.” But the eagle-eyed devotees over at GTAforums.com have some ideas in the meantime.

Nothing’s confirmed until the update drops next month, but so far the most likely new vehicles include: the “Squaddie” (Hummer H2) cut from the original GTA 5 release, a hovercraft, a large Russian military truck, a combine harvester (believed to have been cut from GTA 5 years ago), a military chopper, a vintage pickup or two, and some other odds and ends.

Players will always welcome new aircraft, cars, and motorcycles, but so far the hovercraft seems to be the big headliner until Rockstar tells us more.

Note: Many vehicles are still unknown and based purely on trailers and posters. We'll be updating this page with a confirmed list including names and prices on December 15 went the update goes live.

The Cayo Perico heist

“On Tuesday, December 15, GTA Online raises the stakes once again with its biggest update yet: the Cayo Perico Heist, featuring an all-new exotic location and a brand-new approach to heist design that for the first time will let players tackle the entire heist solo or with a crew of up to three other players,” Rockstar said in an email.

“Along with the challenge of finding a way to infiltrate and rob one of the most secure private islands in the world, players can also expect new social spaces to party with friends, new world-class DJs, and radio stations with over 100 new songs, plus a host of vehicles and weapons, a heavily armed submarine HQ, and much more.”

A standalone release of GTA Online is expected to launch in 2021, along with new versions of GTA 5 optimized for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
