Aloy will be a 5-star character, available for everyone over rank 20 in an event in version 2.1 and 2.2, with a free four-star Bow that gives Aloy a special buff will be available for players exclusively on PlayStation. More details will arrive in the future.
Aloy has become Sony's new PlayStation mascot, with her appearing in other games like Monster Hunter World.
Her futuristic technology and weapons, with her traditional outfit, makes her a good candidate for Genshin Impact and there is no doubt she will make an impact when she arrives.
It wouldn't be Genshin Impact without a special weapon, and Aloy brings her own unique bow to the game: Predator.
Predator is a five-star bow and, unlike most five-star weapons, you can get this one for free if you have Genshin Impact on PlayStation.
Log in to the game on PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 between the 2.1 and 2.3 release dates, and you'll receive a piece of in-game mail containing the bow.
At level 90, Predator will have a base attack of 510, making it the weakest of the five-star bows. Its secondary stat will boost attack by a further 41.3% at level 90, however.
The Refinement Skill is a bit different since it only works on PlayStation systems.
- Dealing Cryo damage causes the wielder's normal and charged attack damage to increase by 10% for six seconds. Stacks twice.
- If Aloy equips Predator, attack power increases by 66.
You can still use Predator on PC or mobile, but the Strong Strike skill won't work. So far, it's not clear how refining predator will work since it's a unique weapon only obtainable once.
The 2.0 update for the game arrived just a few days ago and you can find all the information about it here.
