“Final kill is just boring and no one cares,” says the user. Judging by the comments, there are several Modern Warfare 2 players that would prefer a play of the game. “It should be play of the game,” says Jumpy_Concentrate888. “At least you get to see something interesting other than a random last kill.”
Although there are plenty of requests for Infinity Ward to implement an alternative to the final killcam, there’s always a chance of bugs creeping their way into the game. 2019’s Modern Warfare featured a play-of-the-game but glitches constantly impacted your impressive highlights.

At the time of writing, Modern Warfare 2 doesn’t have a play-of-the-game feature. Call of Duty developers often listen to player feedback so you may see the final killcam disappear in the not-too-distant future.
