The Redacted Bunker in Fortnite has been an object of mystery and fascination for a while now. No one knows what is inside it, nor has anyone been inside it.
However, this is one mystery that will probably be solved soon. We might see the Redacted Bunker open up sometime towards the end of this season.
Everything we know about the Redacted Bunker in Fortnite
The Redacted Bunker is located towards the south of Catty Corner. It's set within a hillside and has been closed for a good while now.
That being said, the IO Convoy along with Doctor Slone have slowly been moving towards that Bunker. It is believed that once the IO Convoy reaches the Bunker, they will open it and head inside.
It's still unclear if we'll be able to access the Bunker once it's opened or not, but the fact that it will be opened has sent the entire community into a frenzy.
It is also believed that once Doctor Slone heads into the bunker, she'll be ditching her stealth attire and donning a snow camo. We saw a concept image for the Snow Slone skin a couple of days back after the Fortnite 18.21 update.
Not only that, popular Fortnite data miner Hypex believes that she'll have some sort of an Ice Grappler and a mythic Pistol with her once she's in her winter attire.
If that is to be considered true, then we'll be seeing a new Doctor Slone in Fortnite Season 9. The upcoming season is set to go live in December and will be in perfect time for a winter season in Fortnite.
That being said, the next time the IO Convoy moves will be after the Fortnite 18.30 update. And once their movement begins, we'll be sure of the route they're taking. We will also get to know if they're actually going towards the Redacted Bunker in the first place or not.
