Can You Install The FIFA 22 PC Edition On Multiple Devices?

FIFA 22 will be returning to screens later this year, though there hasn't been an awful lot to sing about as far as the PC edition goes.

Those looking for a next-gen style upgrade on their PC have been left disappointed by the news that the title is set to take the same route as the PS4 and Xbox One, with next-gen features limited to the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S.

Pre-purchases for FIFA 22 are now live on Steam, but will gamers be able to download their copy on more than one device?

Pre-Purchases

For those wanting to enjoy another year of FIFA action, pre-purchases are usually pretty high on the agenda.

By purchasing the title prior to release, FIFA fanatics can guarantee that they will be able to jump into the action as soon as it becomes available, with this years release scheduled for Friday, October 1st.

Pre-purchases are available for both the Standard Edition (£49.99) or the Ultimate Edition (£69.99).

EA Quash One Device Limit Reports

It had initially been reported that those purchasing the game on PC would be handed a one machine activation limit.

However a statement from EA has quashed the reports, confirming that it was an incorrect listing that has since been removed:

"We can confirm there is not a one machine limit for FIFA 22 on PC via Steam. This was listed incorrectly, and the limitation has now been removed. We apologise for the confusion and thank our community for noticing the error."

So fear not PC players, you will not need to fork out for more than one version of the upcoming football sim after all.

EA Play Live

EA are expected to reveal more details surrounding FIFA 22 at their EA Play Live event, which will take place later this month.
