Team of the Year may be drawing to a close in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team, but we still have another week of content to come in Week 18 of FUT. Ligue 1 started back up for the first weekend in 2020, meaning another league to look at for the January POTM race.
Premier League
After Man City’s 6-1 demolition of Aston Villa, it’s no surprise to see both Aguero and Mahrez at the top of the pile for the Premier League this month.
Ligue 1
Charbonnier leads the January Ligue 1 POTM race after 2 goals and 1 assist in Brest’s 5-2 away win at Toulouse. Still,there's a long way to go, and with Neymar and Ben Yedder already scoring, we could be in for another high scoring month in France.
Bundesliga
No games played in the Bundesliga, they’re back in action starting Friday, January 17th!
La Liga
No games played in La Liga this week, meaning Unal and Suarez still lead the race.
Marquee Matchups Week 18 Prediction
Another week of Marquee Matchups predictions, we’ve been doing really well with these of late, let’s keep the run going!
Liverpool - Man United
The big North-West rivalry is bound to feature in Marquee Matchups, with Liverpool looking to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table.
Real Madrid - Sevilla
A clash of two top clubs in La Liga makes for a likely MM inclusion.
Schalke - Gladbach
Two more top clubs going against each other this week, I’d expect this to feature.
Sporting CP - SL Benfica
The Lisbon Derby should feature in MMs this week, being a big derby outside of the top 5 leagues.
