It’s time for our last week of FIFA 20 Ultimate Team not only this year but of the decade, so let’s take a look at what’s in store in Week 16 of FUT.
With the Premier League being the only top league to play over the Christmas period, TOTW 16 is heavily filled with Premier League players.
December Player of the Month is fully finished now, with all games being played, so we take an early look at the potential POTM items we’ll be receiving soon in SBCs, plus we take a look at some potential Marquee Matchups inclusions for the coming week.

December Player of the Month Update
The race for December Player of the Month is over, and we look set to see some amazing cards released into SBCs over the coming weeks in January!
Premier League
For me, Kevin De Bruyne has to be the front runner for the December POTM award, with 3 goals and 4 assists this month. The only reason he may not receive the award is if he gets into the TOTY, in which case Danny Ings may win for his 5 goals this month.
Ligue 1
For Ligue 1, the favourite has to be Kylian Mbappe, with 6 goals and 1 assist in PSG’s flawless December run. Once again, this may be dependent on a TOTY inclusion.
Bundesliga
Jadon Sancho looks set to claim the Bundesliga December POTM award with 4 goals and 3 assists for Dortmund.
La Liga
La Liga POTM will 100% be Luis Suarez this month, bagging himself 3 goals and 5 assists for Barcelona.

Marquee Matchups Week 16 Prediction
Another week of Marquee Matchups predictions, we’ve been doing really well with these of late, let’s keep the run going!
RCD Espanyol - Barcelona
The ‘Barcelonian Derby’ is a pretty safe inclusion for Marquee Matchups this week I’d say, and after a heavy EPL week in MMs last week, a La Liga fixture should feature.
Napoli - Inter
A clash of top teams in Serie A should feature this week, Napoli vs Inter looks like a pretty safe fixture we could see included.
Sporting CP - FC Porto
No doubts for me with this one. A top of the table clash in Liga NOS, and a fierce rivalry between 2 of the best teams in Portugal.
Olympiakos - Panathinaikos
A big Greek rivalry this one, and as a lower tier fixture, I could see this one being included.
