New Fallout 76 Update Is Small, But Important


Bethesda will release a new Fallout 76 update on August 3 ahead of the bigger Fallout Worlds update in September.

While the Fallout 76 August 3 update won't match Fallout Worlds in scope, Bethesda promised it will fix a number of bugs and other issues that have plagued players for a while now.

The full patch notes will go live closer to the update's launch, and we'll add them once that happens. The dev team did say the bugs are some that players have been raising concerns over for a while, however.

New Fallout 76 Update Is Small, But Important

Meanwhile, the next Gold Rush Weekend is live now and runs through 12 p.m. EST on August 2, right before the new update goes live.

Exchange your Treasury Notes for double the gold in Crater and Foundation, which is handy since the bullion cap is now 400 instead of 200.

Bethesda said Minerva, the new Bullion Vendor, will host a big sale from August 5 through August 9 with more inventory than usual, so it's a good time to stock up before blowing it all at the store.
