If the error is occurring due to an Xbox Live outage, there isn't a lot you can do to rectify the error.
The best thing to do is keep an eye on Xbox's support channels for the latest information and when services have returned to normal.
If Xbox Live is running normally, it's worth checking that the console you're playing in is the home one. Here's how to do so:
- Press the Xbox button to open the system guide
- Choose Profile and System
- Pick Settings
- Select General, then Personalization
- Then choose My Home Xbox
- Choose "Make This My Home Xbox"
Once this is done, the error should disappear and you'll be able to load back into Warzone and Cold War.

If the Xbox in question is registered as the home console and the error continues to persist, there are some other techniques that are worth trying.
