  • Choose Profile and System
  • Pick Settings
  • Select General, then Personalization
  • Then choose My Home Xbox

Alternative Solutions

If the Xbox in question is registered as the home console and the error continues to persist, there are some other techniques that are worth trying.

A simple solution that has worked for many players is simply logging out of your account and logging back in.

To do so, press the Xbox button to open the Guide Menu. Select "Sign In" followed by "Switch Profile" to log out.

Once you've signed out, log back into your account and try to load Warzone or Cold War. Hopefully, the error preventing you from playing should have disappeared.
