Throughout May, Activision has been teasing the arrival of 80s action movie heroes into Black Ops Cold War and Warzone. The first official teaser for Season 3 Reloaded went live on May 10th and confirmed that John Rambo would be making his way into the Call of Duty universe.
Alongside Rambo, the publisher has also been teasing the release of Die Hard's John McClane, much to the excitement of Call of Duty and movie fans.
Crossovers between Call of Duty and movies aren't uncommon. In 2020, the SAW and Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchises entered Warzone and Modern Warfare with bundles featuring iconic characters from both franchises.
Just a few days before the start of Season 3 Reloaded, leakers have uncovered the first in-game images of Rambo and McClane.
Rambo And John McClane Operator Screenshots
The leak comes from notable Call of Duty leaker @LeaksOps, who managed to find the Operator skins within the files of Black Ops Cold War.
Fans were quick to comment on the appearances of the two Operators expected to release on May 20th as part of the second half of Season 3.
While John McClane looks like he's just saved Nakatomi Plaza from impending doom, many members of the community were left disappointed by the appearance of Rambo.
One Twitter user even went as far as saying that the Operators "can't be ready to launch right now." With just a few days until their expected release, it is more than likely that the leaked image is the finished product.
