Season 3 of Black Ops Cold War and Warzone has reached the halfway point and with it a new update and flurry of content is being introduced to keep this lively season ticking.
With famous 80s action heroes joining the Operator roster, new weapons, new maps and a big Zombies update coming to Outbreak, we're excited to see what tricks Treyarch and Activision have in-store this season.
While 1984 Verdansk took centre stage for the debut of this season, it looks like Cold War will be stepping into the spotlight ahead of Warzone.

Nakatomi Plaza In Warzone - 18th May
The first cinematic trailer for Season 3 Reloaded has gone live!
While there wasn't a lot of new information revealed, the trailer did show Nakatomi Plaza located in the middle of Downtown Verdansk.
80s Action Heroes Trailer - 18th May
Ahead of the launch of Season 3 Reloaded, Activision will show the first look at the 80s action heroes theme.
The trailer is set to go live at 5PM BST so be sure to check back here nearer the time to tune in!
PlayStation Pre-Load Information - 18th May
As always, PlayStation players will have the ability to pre-load the Season 3 Reloaded update.
Starting from May 17th, players will be able to pre-load the update ready to jump straight into the action as soon as Season 3 Reloaded gets underway on the 20th.
Second Teaser Revealed - 14th May
As the countdown moves ever closer, Activision has released a second teaser for Season 3 Reloaded.

Weapons
The AMP63 is the next lethal weapon to arrive in Season 3 of Cold War.
The fully automatic pistol has a real chance of spicing up the close-range metagame and we could see it make an impact when the second half of the season gets underway.
Right now, the Sykov is the go-to sidearm but its days could be numbered with the introduction of this number.
It can be unlocked by completing a specific challenge or purchasing a bundle from the store that contains a weapon blueprint.
While melee weapons aren't always the most exciting weapon addition, the Baseball Bat is also arriving in this update.

Operators
80s Action Heroes Update - 17th May
The official Call of Duty YouTube channel posted a countdown to the 80s Action Hero trailer, set to go live on May 18 at noon EST.
80s Action Heroes Confirmed - 14th May
After several weeks of teasers, Activision has posted the first piece of official artwork ahead of the mid-season update.
John Rambo and John McClane are coming as Operators in Season 3 Reloaded as part of a cross-franchise promotion focusing on 80s Action Heroes.
We're expecting them to arrive as part of an Operator Bundle in the store with a staggered release as the season reaches a conclusion.
Game Modes
One of the hotly-anticipated game modes arriving in Season 3 is Multi-Team Elimination.
Expected to be "Treyarch's take on battle royale" using the Cold War engine, it could prove to be one of the more popular modes within the game.
Although minimal information on the mode has been revealed, we think it could be released as part of Season 3 Reloaded.
Maps
Iconic map Standoff is slated to release during the season alongside Duga for multi-team game modes.
The start of the season saw the addition of Diesel and Yamantau to the Black Ops Cold War map pool and it's likely that Season 3 Reloaded will surpass the success of the new maps.
It's been a good season for multiplayer maps in Cold War, with both the new maps becoming popular options.
Warzone
For Warzone, Season 3 Reloaded will include the vast majority of content making its way to Black Ops Cold War, including the new Operators and weapons.
According to the roadmap, a new mid-season event will take place and will likely begin when the second half of the season starts.
Zombies
Season 3 Reloaded will be packed with new content for Zombies players to get stuck into.
The first Outbreak Easter Egg will go live when the season kicks off on May 20th alongside new intel and the addition of fishing!
