How To Unlock Price '84 Operator
There is no need to spend any money on COD Points in order to get your this variation of Captian Price.
Activision has confirmed that the Price '84 Operator is free for all that own Black Ops Cold War at the beginning of Season 3.
To unlock the Operator, players will need to log into Cold War once Season 3 begins on April 22nd.

Why Is Price In Cold War?
It's currently unclear as to why Modern Warfare's main protagonist has made an appearance in the Black Ops universe.
It could be a subtle promotion of Warzone's new season which is embarking on a new era thanks to the release of a brand-new map and considering Price has been the poster boy of the game since its release, it would make some amount of sense.
