Battlefield 2042 is fast approaching, coming out in a few weeks after an initial delay with new information about the game’s Specialists, each with their own unique characteristics and skills, so those that want to how to use the Battlefield 2042 Wingsuit have to be okay with only using one particular Specialist.

To make each Specialist in Battlefield 2042 feel unique, certain skills and gadgets are assigned to specific characters, so anyone that wants to use the Wingsuit in Battlefield 2042 will have to use Emma “Sundance” Rosier, but that shouldn’t be an issue for anyone.

How to Use the Wingsuit in Battlefield 2042

After some time with the open beta, most of the unique abilities are activated by pressing left on the d-pad or 3 on keyboard, so it looks like this is how you'll use the Wingsuit in Battlefield 2042 for aerial combat and quick traversal.

Keeping it simple is the way to go when it comes to these multiplayer shooters so we’re glad that the controls won’t be complicated for those that want to use Emma’s Wingsuit from the get-go.

We’re sure there are many players who will mourn the loss of the Wingsuit as a gadget anyone can use in Battlefield 2042, but for the sake of variety and keeping every character unique we're excited to see how Emma plays. It should pay off in the long run.
