There are a decent amount of weapons you can try out in Battlefield 2042 and they all have some variety to them, especially when you bring in the Specialists who have unique abilities, so anyone who wants to use the game’s Assault Rifles will want to see why we think the AC-42 might be a solid choice, especially with this loadout.

Best AC-42 Loadout

While most weapons in Battlefield 2042 excel in one area and fail at another, the AC-42 is a fairly balanced Assault Rifle in the game, though that also means it doesn’t pack the biggest punch, which is why we will be making it stronger in this Loadout guide.

AC-42 Attachments

Here's which attachments work best on the AC-42:

• Muzzle: Cobra Grip
• Scope: Maul Hybrid
• Ammunition: Extended Mag
• Mount: Tactical Compensator

Considering how solid the AC-42 already is, fixing the gun's accuracy and range is the main priority, which is why the Maul Hybrid works as a solid scope for the weapon.

The Tactical Compensator makes for a solid mount that also adds to the range you can have with the AC-42 in Battlefield 2042, letting you shoot enemies from even further than normal.

AC-42 Secondary, Throwable, and Gadget

• Secondary: MP28
• Throwable: Frag
• Gadget: IBA Armor Plate
