There is a new in-game teaser in Apex Legends, and it hints at a new game mode coming to the popular battle royale game.
The teaser also features a fan-favorite Titanfall character that has not been seen since Apex Legends Season 5.
Arena Mode Teaser in Apex Legends Firing Range
After players complete the initial round of Apex Legends teasers, they can head to the Firing Range to activate the next teaser.
After collecting the corrupted keycard and decoding its message, Apex Legends players can head to the Firing Range and up to the raised platform on the left side of the map.
Activate the console once the previous requirements have been met, and it summons a dropship, placing players on a platform outside a mountain bunker.
Inside the bunker, players will be greeted by a holographic image of Ash's face, as well as a message hinting at the Arena.
Once the teaser finishes, players will earn with the "Impress Me" badge featuring Ash.
Apex Legends Arena Mode
Thanks to data miners, we know what Apex Legends Arena mode will pit one team of three Apex Legends players against another, straying away from the battle royale mode of the current modes of play.
Arena maps will encourage players to move through the map through carrot-and-stick tactics like supply drops and loot bins.
@Shrugtal, a popular Apex Legends data miner, has found the following locations as potential Arena spots:
- Broken Relay
- Water Treatment
While all these locations are on King's Canyon, there will most certainly be more locations added as time goes on.
Arena Mode is expected to release some time during Apex Legends Season 9, offering players a new and exciting way to enjoy their favorite Legends.
“Do you think you have what it takes to impress me, Legend? We’ll find out soon. The Arena awaits.”
