Valorant is a team-based, tactical FPS created by Riot Games. It's attracted a lot of attention, has a consistent player base, and has esports teams globally. For a lot of players, having a 100+ account level is equivalent to showing off their experience, but account level has nothing to do with gameplay or mechanical skills; it only shows how much you've played over time.

On occasion, having a high or low account level makes an impression on players, which can invite toxicity in-game and accusations of being a 'smurf' or a 'noob'. Thus, many players choose to save themselves some hassle and hide their account level. In this guide, we explain exactly how to do that.

Valorant: How To Hide Account Level?

Valorant's players earn account points for every game that they play, with the distribution being highest for ranked matches. You can also earn extra points for completing weekly and daily challenges.

These are simple tasks that include getting your first win of the day, eliminating 20 enemies, harvesting 10 ultimate orbs, and so on. The account level for every player progresses once you earn 5,000 account points. Every 20 levels will unlock a new border to showcase the hours you have put in the game!

Here's how you can hide your account level in VALORANT:

  • Go to the 'Collection' tab from the home menu.
  • Click on the 'Player Card'
  • Once you have entered the Player Card menu, select 'Level Borders'
  • Here, you will see the option to toggle 'Show my account level on my player card'.
  • Simply click the box to hide your account level in Valorant.

That's all you need to know, and you should now be able to hide your account level in Valorant with ease. For more information on improving your gameplay experience, check out how to change your username and our tips for getting better at the game!
