The Resident Evil Village piano puzzle is a vital part of a larger challenge, but figuring it out isn’t as simple as it might seem.

Solving the puzzle gets you the Iron Insignia Key to open the Door of Pleasure as part of the angel mask quest.

If you haven’t found it yet and are just looking for the key, the Resident Evil Village piano puzzle is in the opera hall in Castle Dimitrescu, the northeastern-most room just off the courtyard.

You’re tasked with playing a sequence of notes to unlock the container holding the key.

It’s a bit confusing if you’re not a music aficionado, though fortunately, Village doesn’t punish you for making mistakes.
