Where to Use Luiza's Key in Resident Evil Village
Once you have Luiza's Key you'll want to head to the Lone Road area on the way to the Ceremony Site. There are small alcoves to the left and right of each path. One of them contains a lockbox hidden by Luiza. You can check out the map below for more info.
Unlocking the Locked Box on the Lone Road
Once you've headed to the area described above you can open the lockbox. You'll get the Cesare's Goblet item, which can be sold to the merchant for a huge amount of Lei.
Getting Luiza's Key
If you've found the lockbox but not the key, head back to Luiza's House. There will be a treasure icon revealing Luiza's Heirloom. Pick up the necklace in the box and examine it. You can remove a crystal and a key from this item. This is Luiza's Key!
