December 5, 2023: Want to main Sigewinne? Our Genshin Impact build guide will help you achieve the best version of her!

Sigewinne is an upcoming character in Genshin Impact who is a Hydro Bow user and is expected to be a support. Our Genshin Impact Sigewinne build will go over her best artifact sets, weapons, and team comps that you can consider when using her. Do note that all of the information below is based on very early leaks and her kit is subject to change.

Sigewinne is one of the first Fontaine characters Genshin Impact players were introduced to. She first appeared in the Overture Teaser: The Final Feast and seems to know Wriothesley, who is debuting in patch 4.1.

But also, while you're here, be sure to check out our other Genshin Impact guides that feature other characters. We also have a host of Genshin Impact codes to redeem, in case you want to get some free rewards.

Best Sigewinne teams

Very early leaks suggest that Sigewinne will be a healer, which will make her the third Hydro healer we have in the game after Barbara and Kokomi. Like other Fontaine characters, she will interact with the Ousia and Pneuma mechanics, which were introduced in patch 4.0. When building a Sigewinne team, you can consider the following team options:

Electrocharged: In an Electrocharged team, you want Sigewinne to apply Hydro and have one or more Electro characters in the team to trigger the Electrocharged reaction. Ideally, you want to have Fischl or Yae Miko but other characters can function well too.

In your other slots, you can have an Anemo support to boost your damage and an additional Electro character like Beidou for consistent Electro particle generation and Electrocharged uptime.

Freeze: You can pair Sigewinne with two Cryo characters and an Anemo support to create a freeze team. We currently do not know if Sigewinne’s hydro application will be good enough to enable a Freeze team but if she can fit into the role, she might prove to be a great 4-star alternative to Kokomi.

Hyperbloom: This team functions similarly to Electrocharged but you opt for a Dendro character like Nahida or Alhaitham instead of a second Electro character. The rotations of Hyperbloom teams are fairly simple and do not require too much thought to pilot well.

If Sigewinne turns out to be a healer like the leaks suggest, you can slot her into any team that requires some defensive utility in order to get value out of her. However, if you do not have strong healers like Jean or Kokomi, or a shielder like Zhongli, Sigewinne might be a perfect fit for your party.

Best Genshin Impact weapons for Sigewinne

When it comes to weapons you have quite a few options and we recommend going for something that gives you a lot of Energy Recharge or offers team utility. Here are our top picks for her.

Sacrificial Bow: After dealing damage to an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 40% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 30s.

Favonius Warbow: CRIT hits have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate 6 Energy for the character. Can only occur once every 12s.

If you don’t know which of these two weapons to go for, we generally recommend Favonius if you want to help your entire team generate some energy. Sacrificial Bow is better if you want more skill uptime and want to generate energy particles for yourself.

Best Genshin Impact artifacts for Sigewinne

You cannot go wrong with Noblesse Oblige when it comes to artifacts for most support characters. The only downside of using this artifact set is that its four-piece bonus does not stack with another instance of the Noblesse Oblige buff. If you already have someone else on the set, you can consider running Tenacity of the Milelith instead which is also a great support bonus provided you have characters who can take advantage of the buff in time.

Noblesse Oblige

  • 2-piece effect: Elemental Burst DMG +20%
  • 4-piece effect: Using an Elemental Burst increase all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

Tenacity of the Milelith

  • 2-piece effect: HP +20%
  • 4-piece effect: When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the ATK of all nearby party members is increased by 20% and their Shield Strength is increased by 30% for 3s. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.

Genshin Impact Sigewinne story

Sigewinne was first seen in the Overture Teaser which also featured other Fontaine characters and Arlecchino, who is one of the Fatui Harbingers. In the trailer, we see Sigewinne get teased by Wriothesley.

In terms of appearance, she has bunny years and is reminiscent of Melusine, who is also from Fontaine. She appears to be wearing a nurse’s hat, which has led to speculation that she will be a healer. With Wriothesley's story quest coming up in patch 4.1, we might get to find out more about Sigewinne.

Sigewinne release date

Currently, we do not have information on when Sigewinne will be released. She was originally rumoured for a patch 4.1 release but Hoyoverse’s recent livestream had no mention of her. The earliest we can expect Sigewinne is patch 4.2 but we recommend tempering your expectations and waiting for official information from Hoyoverse before you start pre-farming for her.
