July 2, 2023: All Pokemon can now be found in XXS, XXL, and standard sizes.

Looking for a full list of the Pokemon GO XXS and XXL Pokemon? We've got it. Just to add a little bit more work to the schedules of Living Dex collectors, Pokemon GO capped off 2022 by adding sizes records to the game, bringing a relatively new mechanic from the main games into the mobile adventure.

Down below, we'll make a continued effort to list each XXS and XXL Pokemon in Pokemon GO. Like with shiny Pokemon, these appear to be rolling out over time. You won't suddenly have hundreds of big and small Pokemon go collect if you're hopping on the mission early. But wait too long and you probably will.

For more Pokemon GO guides, we already direct people over to our boss battle primers. Here are the Arlo counters, Cliff counters, and Sierra counters, and the Giovanni counters you'll want to train up once you've defeated the three leaders.

What are XXS and XXL Pokemon? - New and Size Record explained

XXS and XXL Pokemon are physically different sizes from their standard versions. You can find Pokemon of varying sizes beyond just XXS and XXL, but you'll get a New Record notification if you catch your smallest or biggest size of that species.

XXS and XXL Pokemon aren't any different in battle. They're not stronger or weaker than any other size of its species you can find. The different is purely physical, with the creature being visibly smaller or larger on the overworld screen, the buddy window, or when it's walking alongside you.

Do XXS and XXL Pokemon use XL Candy?

No, XL Candy usage hasn't changed for these new Pokemon. They're not related and won't have some special effect beyond their usual usage when used on an XXS or XXL Pokemon.

When will more XXS and XXL Pokemon be added?

The first lot of XXS and XXL Pokemon were added on December 8, 2022. These were Poochyena, its evolved form Mightyena, and Mawhile.

On January 18, 2023, the entire Pokedex was updated to include XXS, XXL, and standard-sized Pokemon. They can all spawn now, so there's no list. It's just the whole set.
