Square Enix has surprisingly revealed their prequel to Octopath Traveler is releasing right about now Available on iOS and Android, we expect some Octopath Traveler Champions of the Continent codes to come out with the game as well, but a delayed release has thrown a slight spanner into the works.

Set in the years before the smash hit Octopath Traveler, a new adventure awaits in Orsterra to save it from darkness brought by ruthless tyrants and wealth-driven lords. Build your best team of heroes and fight back to save your world. The game has exactly the same art style as the platform release, and has composer Yasunori Nishiki back with another fantastic soundtrack.

How do I redeem Octopath Traveler Champions of the Continent codes?

For now, we're not sure how to redeem codes in Octopath Traveler, or if the function even exists. We'll need to wait for the game's full release in the next couple of days to properly investigate.

If the game does make use of gift codes, we assume it will have similar redemption to other mobile games. That means getting into the game and tapping your profile in the top corner.
