Whether or not Mortal Kombat Onslaught will get a code redemption feature in the future is pretty up in the air. We can assume that it won't ever have this feature, from the fact that Mortal Kombat Mobile, a much older game, does not have it yet either.
However, it's important to note that Mortal Kombat Onslaught won't take the place of Mortal Kombat Mobile outright. The latter will continue to be supported with content and updates, and the two games already have plenty of differences between them. Thus, a lack of code redemption in Mortal Kombat Mobile does not necessarily mean the same for Mortal Kombat Onslaught.
