Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl DLC seems like a distant hope for now, despite the developers' goal to add more content to the game. However, recent leaks have shown that the team is currently working on making Shredder and a Double Dare stage. The leak comes from a new video by GhostsPumpkinSoup , who modified the character selection screen to reveal data for as-yet announced characters.

In this leak, the Shredder is currently functioning on borrowed character assets and incomplete animations. The leaked Shredder is seen using Spongebob Squarepants' character model and is even attacks borrowed from Spongebob's animations. Most of his attacks don't make sense yet, but Shredder seems to have highly committal rushing moves and a floating halo above his head that disappears after hitting foes.
Overall, Shredder seems to follow a similar move buff system like April O' Neil that improves some of his moves when they land.

Double Dare Stage
Along with a new character, the new stage also features a stage themed from the Double Dare game show. The stage has four platforms that players will can fight in while map hazards and moving platforms often come out to the stage during the fight.
Even outside Double Dare , Nickelodeon was known for the messy splotches of ink and drenching their actors and guests in slime and gunk. If added to the game, this stage will be a direct nod to the Nickelodeon channel's branding more than any other stage coming from the cartoon series included so far.
