Killing creatures in Monster Hunter Rise isn't all there is to do to gain rewards. Some items can only be gained through questing and rewards, like the Aquaglow Jewels.

How To Find Aquaglow Jewels
Aquaglow Jewels can be rewarded by doing quests, high ranked ones will raise your chances of receiving them. For example, if you do four-star missions, your odds are on the lower end, whereas if you do a six-star you may be in for some luck. These rewards appear in the Help Section.
