Monster Hunter Rise Adds Street Fighter's Akuma For Capcom Collab 3

Monster Hunter Rise has seen a few post-launch updates so far. Previously adding Okami's Amaterasu as an "Ammy Costume" - a layered armour set for your Palamute - Capcom Collab 3 is now upon us.

This time around, we've got Monster Hunter x Street Fighter with Akuma, one of Street Fighter's famous villains. As a layered armour set for your hunter, he doesn't have equipped weapons, but you can take down monsters with some fighting moves.

You can watch the full trailer below 83 second trailer below, and Akuma arrives as an Event Quest reward on August 27th. Furthermore, players can expect a new drop of paid cosmetics on August 26th, alongside a patch for Version 3.3.1

It's clear that Capcom aren't done yet with Monster Hunter Rise. Alongside releasing Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin last month - which has its own post-launch plans - we've still got Capcom Collab 4 and 5 to come. Just who that'll include is unknown, but we'll let you know as soon as that's clear.
