The M19 pistol on Modern Warfare is the perfect secondary weapon in Season 5 for more aggressive players, thanks to its semi-automatic firing mechanism and its rapid rate of fire.
This compact pistol is great in close quarters combat thanks to the ability to use it similarly to a semi-auto assault rifle. At longer ranges, it can be used but it does take some trigger discipline and precision aiming.

Here are the best attachments for the M19
- XRK V Extended (Barrel)
- Match Grade Trigger (Trigger Action)
- 32 Round Mags(Ammunition)
- Granulated Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
- Mo’ Money (Perk)
This combination of attachments provides a strong damage output at close range and minimal levels of recoil to offer the highest levels of accuracy.
Having 32 bullets in the magazine is ideal for taking down multiple enemies in quick succession.
Selecting Mo’ Money as a perk rather than another attachment gives you the chance to earn some additional XP when scoring a headshot.
Recommended Perks
Double Time as the first perk is perfect for quickly navigating around the map and to evade any enemy fire.
For perk two, we chose Hardline to make killstreaks one less kill to earn, allowing for some of the higher killstreaks to be earned easily.
Any secondary weapon has to have Amped as its third perk because of its fast weapon swap speed. Need to finish off an enemy but have run out of bullets with your primary weapon? Swap to a powerful secondary to secure the kill!

Top Tips
All Out Aggression
Thanks to the high damage output and quick-fire trigger equipped, playing with speed and aggression can lead to many high-kill games. The fire rate can contend with the sub-machine gunners at close range, making this secondary a perfect addition to an assault rifle class so you have the best combination at long and short ranges.
Snip-Snap
Rather than spend the majority of the game aiming down sights (ADS) being passive, it is very easy to quickly react to a target when using the M19. Switching to your pistol is ALWAYS faster than reloading your primary weapon so use the quick ADS speed of the M19 to snap onto an approaching enemy.
Aim for The Head!
Equipping mo’ money as the weapon perk means securing a headshot will give you an XP boost. The low levels of recoil and clear iron sights make aiming for the head very easy in comparison to some of the other pistols in the game. The combination of quick-fire rate and low recoil makes the time to kill very quick when aiming at the upper half of the body.
