Fortnite World Cup 2019: Celebrity Pro-Am coming to World Cup Finals! *UPDATE*


Epic Games and Fortnite have announced the third iteration of it's famous "Celebrity Pro-Am" but this time it will be featured next weekend at the Fortnite World Cup Finals. The new Pro-Am will feature new celebrities and influencers as well as a showdown between 2018 winners Tyler "Ninja" Blevins and his partner Marshmello and this year's winners Airwaks and RL Grime. Epic Games has announced more trios in the leadup to the Pro-Am this coming weekend as well! 

The Duos!

Epic has announced the first wave of duos for the Pro-Am set to kick-off on the first day of the Fortnite World Cup; 

  • Ninja and Marshmello
  • Airwaks and RL Grime
  • DrLupo and Sigala
  • Denkops and Xavier Woods
  • One Shot Gurl and Chandler Riggs
  • Lachlan and Miam Mcintyre

When is it?

The Pro-Am will kick off on the first day of the Fortnite World Cup Finals next weekend July 26 at 4:00 pm EST!

UPDATE!

Epic Games has announced three more waves of duos set to compete at the Fortnite World Cup Celebrity Pro-Am this coming weekend. From professional basketball players to world-renown singers and actors the new wave of duos is setting this up to be the best Pro-Am to date!

Epic Games has made it a tradition to find the perfect blend of popular streamers and content creators not only from Europe and North America but the whole world to come to represent their nation at the Pro-Am. With representatives from across the globe set to compete for charity this coming Friday the excitement is brewing around Fortnite World Cup! 

Will we see Ninja and Marshmello secured their second Pro-Am title? Or will a new duo rise amongst the rest in New York City!
