Gravity Suit Explained

The Gravity suit enables Samus to explore hot and cold zones scattered around the map. It also allows her to move freely in water, meaning you can use the Space Jump freely to gain height, and move at a normal running speed and Flash Dodge. It also greatly reduces incoming damage and increases the damage for Dash Melee.

How to Use the Gravity Suit

Samus will automatically use the Gravity suit when entering water, cold and hot zones. Think of it like the Varia Suit upgrade, in that it adds an extra layer of power on top of Samus when equipped.

How to Leave Burenia If You get Stuck

If you find yourself stuck in Burenia, follow the steps outlined above. You want to have come back to Burenia via the green teleportation terminal. Once you've done so, work on getting the Gravity suit. This will allow you to Space Jump to the top of the large water-filled room to the right of where you picked up the Gravity suit. You can then destroy the object at the top, sending it crashing down. This will allow you to leave the area.
