Kena: Bridge Of Spirits Devs Hint At Post-Launch Content


After numerous delays, Kena: Bridge Of Spirits launched earlier this week for PC and PlayStation consoles. We highlighted the game's "rich and beautiful adventure with smart combat and superb platforming" giving the Pixar-like tale a 4/5 in our review.

Even though Ember Lab turned down the possibilities of a sequel, the developer has implied that further content is being discussed. Speaking to IGN, Ember Lab's co-founder, Mike Grier hinted that new combat missions are currently in contention to make up the viable DLC.

As well as incurring plans to improve the game's photo mode, the studio is also considering adding new combat situations:

We definitely want to support the game, we know that people love the Photo Mode can the combat, so we’re thinking about things we can do to expand some new combat scenarios, and maybe some additional content in the future featured around combat.
Yeah, I think we want to make some updates to Photo Mode; people have been asking for certain features that would be easy to do, so I think we will be supporting Kena for a while.
