If you have a PS Plus Subscription, you probably are excited to hear when new games get added to the line up. While we don't know what's coming yet for PS Plus August 2022, we do have some predictions.
If you're not familiar, PS Plus is a subscription service that offers a host of different benefits. In addition to online multiplayer, PS Plus subscribers enjoy a curated list of free games that they can download or stream via the cloud. Games on this list rotate, and range from Indie games to AAA Titles. This is an essential feature for anyone who enjoys playing a wide variety of titles, but maybe don't want to spend the money for each game.

When Will PS Plus August 2022 Free Games Be Available?
Following the cadence of previous months, two games will be added to the line up, and some games may be removed. What titles are added is generally revealed on the last wednesday of the month, and will be released the following Tuesday. This is for the Essential Tier.
For Extra and Premium tiers, they get extra titles in two separate releases. This happens at the beginning and middle of the month.
What Games Are In PS Plus August 2022?
We don't know exactly what games are going ot be added or removed from PS Plus in August, but we do have some predictions. There is a rumor that one of the titles on the line up will be Rollerdrome.
This is due to some similarities to one of the titles coming out in July's PS Plus, Stray. Both titles showed up at the most recent State of Play, and both aren't available for for pre-order on the Playstation site.
Another title that we'd love to see make the line up is Hot Wheels Unleasehed. This racing game released last year and has been getting good reviews. But if it released for free under PS Plus, it'd be a welcome addition.

There''s a few different tiers of PS Plus: Essential, Extra and Premium. Each has a monthly, three month and 12 month plans, with the following costs.
Essential

Extra
- 1 Month: £10.99 ($14.99)
- 3 Month: £31.99 ($39.99)

- 1 Month: £13.49 ($17.99)
- 3 Month: £39.99 ($49.99)
- 12 Month: £99.99 ($119.99)
