Xbox Game Pass (August 2021): All Confirmed and Removed Games

Xbox Game Pass is arguably the best deal in gaming, and Microsoft continues to roll out plenty of titles for gamers to jump into every month.

July gave us a Space Jam game, The Ascent, and the console version of Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Here's everything we know about the new games coming in July as well as everything we know about those being removed from the service.

Confirmed Xbox Game Pass Games Coming In August 2021

Update - August 19

Quake, Quake 2, and Quake 3 are landing on Xbox Game Pass, though Quake 2 and Quake 3 are for PC Game Pass only as of now.

We know of a few games so far - Hades, Supergiant's dungeon crawler, will arrive on August 13th.

There's also the new indie title Twelve Minutes, which stars the vocal talents of Daisy Ridley, James McAvoy, and Willem Dafoe. That launches on August 19th.

The last game we know of at present is Psychonauts 2, with Double Fine's platformer finally arriving on August 25th.

Game Pass Ultimate members can enjoy a Codemasters bonanza thanks to EA Play. Dirt 4, Dirt Rally, Dirt Rally 2.0, F1 2020 and Grid are all being added on August 10.

When Will Xbox Game Pass August 2021 Games Be Announced?

Microsoft loves to drop a bundle of games on the service each month, but its announcements often come in stages.

Expect to hear something in the first week of August, and then a few later additions sprinkled into the month.
