The House of the Dead: Remake Could Receive a Multiplatform Release


It looks like Forever Entertainment’s The House of the Dead: Remake is expanding to further platforms. Only confirmed for Nintendo Switch currently, a recent ESRB rating has suggested it'll also arrive on Google Stadia.

Originally spotted by Stadia Source, House of the Dead: Remake received an M for Mature rating, which was widely expected. However, despite hints that such plans were in place, we've seen no official confirmation of plans for further formats, though Forever's previously been a multiplatform developer.

The House of the Dead: Remake Could Receive a Multiplatform Release

Prior to this, the Nintendo Switch was the only confirmed console for The House of the Dead: Remake, having been revealed in a Nintendo Direct. Considering how Forever Entertainment’s remake of Panzer Dragoon eventually made it to systems like the PS4 and Xbox One, there’s a good chance this upcoming remake does too.

No release date for House of the Dead: Remake has been announced, though we'll keep you updated as we learn more. Elsewhere, Forever Entertainment is currently working on remakes of Panzer Dragoon 2, Front Mission 1st, and Front Mission 2.
