Seele is a character that has been around since Honkai Impact 3rd, and is now travelling over to Honkai: Star Rail. With this, it will be time for some new updates. This guide will be covering the Honkai Star Rail Seele build.
As always, as the game is pretty new and still in Beta, things are subject to change at any moment, so this build will be updated over time if the information changes within the game. For now, this is the most accurate build we have for Seele.
Who is Seele?
Seele is a spritely member of Wildfire who grew up in the Underworld of Belobog. Because of this, she is used to being on her own. She was once someone who relied on others for protection and strength, but for the truth of the underground and her family's name, Seele is able to endure any form of adversity.
What are Seele's abilities?
Scythe Rush is Seele's normal attack. It's a single target attack and deals 50% of Seele's ATK as Quantum DMG to the target.
Sheathed Blade is Seele's skill, which is also a single target attack. It deals 100% of Seele's ATK as Quantum DMG to a target enemy and increases SPD by 35 for two turns.
Butterfly Flurry is Seele's ultimate. It's a single target attack. She receives a buff to her attack and deals 240% ATK as Quantum DMG to the target.
What is Seele's talent?
Relentless Strikes is a passive talent. Seele applies a buff on defeating an enemy and gains an extra action. While buffed, Seele's damage is increased by 40% for one turn. Enemies defeated while she has her extra action will not trigger her passive again.
What is Seele's technique?
Phantom Illusion is an enhance technique. After Seele uses her technique, she gains Stealth for 20 seconds. While she is stealthed in the Maze, Seele can't be detected by enemies and will be buffed when she initiates combat with an enemy.
Seele's build
At the moment, we don't know how to build Seele. This is because Honkai: Star Rail is still in beta and we don't have access to all of the information needed to make an accurate build for her.
