Yes, XDefiant does feature crossplay, meaning you can play with players on all of the game's available platforms. In addition to crossplay, Ubisoft reveals XDefiant also features cross-progression, allowing your in-game progress to transfer between PC and console.
Most Ubisoft titles have utilised crossplay so it's no surprise to see XDefiant following suit.

When does XDefiant launch?
Ubisoft hasn't placed a concrete release date on XDefiant but it has revealed the game will be available to all players this Summer. So, there's every chance of the full game releasing soon after the open beta comes to an end.
