Infinity Ward continues to add new innovations to its battle royale offerings. Warzone 2 Black Sites provide players with a new way to obtain weapon blueprints and game-changing loot giving you the best chance of winning a match.
Tying in with strongholds, Black Sites offer another way to obtain a loadout but the stronger AI makes them much harder to complete. As with most AI engagements, coordination is the key to success.

How do Warzone 2 Black Sites work?
Simply put, a Black Site is a harder version of a stronghold. Instead of rewarding a loadout and a key, they provide a permanent weapon blueprint unlock and other valuable items to help you on the path to victory.
A Black Site unlocks if you're part of a squad that manages to complete a stronghold first. Once the bomb is disarmed, the Black Site location will appear on the Tac Map.

As mentioned above, you need to be the first squad to complete a stronghold. Eliminate the AI and defuse the explosives to earn the reward.
How to beat Warzone 2 Black Site AI
The majority of the Warzone 2 AI in a Black Site is armoured meaning it takes a little longer to kill the opposition. Once the AI soldiers are down, there's a chance of a juggernaut appearing. Focus your attention on the heavily armoured opponent, eliminate them, and reap the rewards!
It's worth noting that the juggernaut drops its mini-gun and you can pick it up.
Warzone 2 Black Site rewards
The rewards are rarer than those available in strongholds. Unlike the smaller strongholds, the Black Site blueprints are permanent unlocks meaning you can equip the rewards as part of a loadout.

Black Site locations aren't predetermined meaning they'll appear at random locations on the map. Usually, they're a couple of hundred metres away from the stronghold location you've just visited.
