Like the game's other suits, you'll need to make a decent amount of progress through the game before you can look like your favourite Spider-Man. The suits themselves won't be cheap, either - you'd do well to complete some side quests alongside the main story.

Is the Tobey Maguire spider suit in Spider-Man 2?
Yes, Tobey Maguire's iconic suits are in Spider-Man 2. Both the red and black versions can be unlocked by players who have reached a certain level and found enough tech points to unlock them.
How to unlock Tobey Maguire suits in Spider-Man 2
To explore New York City in Maguire's iconic red suit you'll need to reach level 32. You should then unlock the Webbed Suit which requires 65 Tech Parts and two Hero Tokens. Tech Parts are found all over the city, but you'll have an easier time finding them with our guide to finding spider-bots; each one you collect also gives some Tech Parts.
For the black suit that Maguire wore in Spider-Man 3, you'll need to reach level 31. The Webbed Black Suit can then be unlocked for 65 Tech Parts and two Rare Tech Parts. Sadly, this suit won't make Spider-Man embrace the bizarre energy that Maguire brought to his third movie, but it does make you look cool.
