Is Resident Evil 4 remake coming to Nintendo Switch?

Unfortunately, it's looking like Resident Evil 4 will not be available on Nintendo Switch. It's a frustrating reality for gamers on the handheld console, considering the acclaimed game first made its way to Nintendo in 2005, but now the remake will not be released on Nintendo Switch.

However, this isn't to say that Resident Evil 4 remake will never make its way to Nintendo Switch. For now, or at least at launch, the game will not be available to play on Nintendo Switch.

Historically, we've seen other Resident Evil remakes such as Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard make their way to Switch at a later date after first launching on PC and consoles.

Resident Evil 4 remake platforms

Capcom's upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake will be available to play on current-gen gaming consoles including PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Aalthough there have been rumours of the remake making its way to Xbox One, there's no official statement from Capcom confirming this.
