How to get the Marriage scene in Persona 5 Tactica
You can get the marriage scene when the Phantom Thieves start talking about crashing Marie's party. Select "The Ideal Marriage" dialogue box and choose the "Talk to Allies" option while you're in the hideout at Leblanc. A scene will begin where the Phantom Thieves will start discussing marriage and their ideal marriage scenarios. Ryuji will ask Joker a question about who his ideal partner will be.

Here are all the marriage choices you can make and the reactions you'll get from the Phantom Thieves in their respective marriage scenes.
Ryuji
Ryuji is the first option you'll get, and his marriage scene has him quite excited for the upcoming wedding. However, he has a very important question regarding your preference for toilet paper types for some reason.
Yusuke
Yusuke is fairly happy about the marriage and looks forward to it. He lists the three things that make a marriage successful. The last of which includes a comment on procreation, which Joker is quick to cut off.
Makoto
Makoto is considered by many to be the canon heroine of Persona 5. Her marriage scene starts with her expressing joy at the prospect of marriage. However, this quickly becomes an interrogation session regarding any potential "extra partners" Joker might have.
Ann
Ann gets a very cute scene where she comments on how her dreams about wearing a wedding dress and eating a wedding cake have come true, alongside her final wish to be with Joker.
Futaba
Futaba also gets a wholesome scene, which involves her commenting on Sojiro crying tears of joy as she looks forward to helping lead a happy future for both of you.
Haru
Haru's scene involves her commenting on how this is the first time she has felt beautiful wearing a dress despite having to wear many pretty dresses in the past due to her family background.
Choose nobody
You can also choose the option to pick none of the Phantom Thieves, which will shock Ryuji but gain the approval of Yusuke.
The scene ends with Toshiro commenting on how he forgot that the Phantom Thieves are young kids underneath the Phantom Thief's demeanour.
