The campaign early access window for Modern Warfare 3 is in full swing and while the campaign length is on the short side, the battle between Task Force 141 and Konni Group rages on. Unlike the Open Combat Missions, Deep Cover follows a more linear structure, containing concise objectives to complete.

Modern Warfare 3 Deep Cover walkthrough

Deep Cover is the fifth mission of the campaign and sees you playing as Kate Laswell who's attempting to sneak into a military base in collaboration with Nikolai. The mission starts with you, playing as Laswell, sitting atop a cliff armed with a suppressed pistol looking for a chance to sneak in undetected.

First, make sure to conceal your weapon to blend in with the rest of the personnel on the base. Next, follow the pathway that leads down to the road to trigger the next objective.

Reach the admin building

Walk down the main road without drawing any attention to yourself and continue following the objective marker that leads the way to the admin building. The best way to avoid attention is by walking on the opposite side to any armed soldiers that walk past.

After a little stroll, you'll come across a guarded checkpoint in front of where the admin building is located. Walk through it like you're a soldier based there and nobody will interfere with your plan.

Next, it's time to acquire a keycard to the admin building. A heavily protected officer will emerge from the building before breaking away from the rest of the group. Follow him up the stairs, kill him, and grab the keycard.

With the keycard in hand, head to the double doors and enter the admin building.

Meet Yuri

Head past the soldiers congregating near the front desk and walk into the room on the right-hand side. You'll find Yuri smoking a cigarette hidden in the darkness.

Yuri shares intel on the chemical weapons that were uncovered during the Reactor and Payload missions before the two missiles land at the military base.

Head to the roof

With the entire base on red alert, it's time to make your escape. Make your way out of the room, into the main lobby, and up the staircase. Keep moving through the corridors until you find a ladder that leads to another floor,

Make a left and then a right to advance up another staircase that's quickly filling with toxic gas. Burst through the door and you'll find Nikolai piloting his trusty helicopter ready for a quick getaway. Laswell has the intel but at the price of several lives.
