Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded - Release date, content, and more

The Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded update is the next seasonal update for Infinity Ward's latest title. Season 4 is nearing the halfway point which means a fresh batch of content and weapon buffs and nerfs are on the way.

Thanks to the Season 4 roadmap, we already know most of the content making its way to multiplayer including a brand-new map and a new shotgun that has the potential to shake up the close-range meta.

Modern Warfare 2 Vondel Waterfront map

The Vondel Waterfront map makes its debut in Season 4 Reloaded. It's also the final map that's releasing in Season 4, taking the total number of new battlegrounds to seven.

Vondel Waterfront features a number of floating houses and waterways which acts as excellent flanking routes to get behind enemy lines.

The last weapon arriving in Season 4 is an unnamed shotgun. Details on the weapon remain a mystery but there's a high chance it proves popular once it launches with the rest of the Season 4 Reloaded content.

Modern Warfare 2 Episode 4 Raid

The fourth and final Raid of the Modern Warfare 2 cycle will launch as part of Season 4 Reloaded. Activision says players should start preparing their trios for an "exciting conclusion to the Raid series" which is a direct continuation of the single-player campaign.

Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded Operators

Two new Operators are on their way in Season 4 Reloaded. Although there's no official mention of Izzy, she's one of the new characters available to purchase.

Additionally, Butch is the second playable character and there's every chance he's a part of The Boys collaboration taking place throughout Season 4.

When does Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Reloaded start?

Thanks to Black Noir from Amazon Prime's The Boys, Season 4 Reloaded will commence on July 12, 2023.
